Where are MARCH LA.B watches manufactured?
Our watches are designed in Biarritz and Los Angeles, and proudly assembled in France. We prioritize local craftsmanship, utilizing French leather for our straps and expert watchmakers in Besançon for assembly and quality control.
What is your global shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
How long is the warranty period on a MARCH LA.B watch?
Every MARCH LA.B timepiece comes with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and movement issues. Please retain your invoice or stamped warranty card for any service requests.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that customized items are final sale.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our models are water-resistant ranging from 3 ATM (30 meters) to 10 ATM (100 meters) for our surf-inspired collections. We recommend checking the specific technical specifications of your model before exposure to water.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For certain regions, we also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna or Alma.
